Demand on clarifying the scope of liabilities of the water supplying company and customers

On October 19, 2016 A.D.Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Centre has applied to theState Committee of the RA Water Economy, the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission and Yerevan Municipality for clarifying the scope of liabilities of the water supplying company and customers․On October 28, 2016 we received the written answer from the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission, according to which the commission had defined the draft of rules of drinking water supply and drainage, which will soon be submitted for public hearings.
